百癣夏塔热片联合红蓝光照射治疗脂溢性皮炎疗效观察

Effect of Baixuan Xiatare tablet combination with red-blue light on seborrheic dermatitis in patients

目的观察百癣夏塔热片联合红蓝光照射治疗脂溢性皮炎的临床疗效及对患者皮肤屏障功能的影响。方法入选患者160例,分为治疗组1和治疗组2各80例,并设健康对照组80例。治疗组1给予百癣夏塔热片联合红蓝光治疗,治疗组2单用红蓝光治疗。治疗前后对病情进行评分,评估疗效;同时检测各组的TEWL、皮肤油脂。结果治疗组1的疗效优于治疗组2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后皮疹均有明显改善(P<0.05)。治疗前两组的TEWL、皮肤油脂均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组1的指标显著下降(P<0.05)。结论百癣夏塔热片联合红蓝光照射治疗脂溢性皮炎安全有效,治疗后患者皮肤屏障功能明显改善。

Objective To observe the effect of Baixuan Xiatare tablet combination with red-blue light on seborrheic dermatitis in patients.Methods 160 patients were divided into two treatment groups,namely group 1 treated with both Baixuan Xiatare tablet and red-blue light,and group 2 treated only with red-blue light.Scores for the disease were assessed before and after treatment.Meantime,transepidermal water loss（TEWL） and sebum were also measured.Results The treatment effects in group 1 were better than that in group 2,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The rashes were markedly relieved in both treatment groups（P〈0.05）.TEWL and sebum in two treatment groups before treatment were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）,but which were significantly decreased in group 1 after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Baixuan Xiatare tablet combination with red-blue light is safe and effective in treatment with seborrheic dermatitis,and it improves the patients′ skin barrier function.
