摘要
本文介绍了一种新型SF6充气式电流互感器绝缘状态在线监测系统,在保证了SF6气体不发生泄漏,可回收的基础上,设计了独特的气路结构,并采用红外传感器技术和电化学原理实现对SF6电流互感器中SF6气体纯度以及故障分解产物SO2含量的连续监测。相比现有的SF6绝缘监测装置,该系统通过监测SF6气体纯度信息直接判断电流互感器的绝缘状况,同时通过检测分解产物SO2的含量可以为判断具体故障和潜在内部故障提供科学依据,最终对SF6电流互感器主绝缘劣化状态做出准确判断和预测。通过监测结果,验证了该系统的可行性。
Based on ensuring no leakage and recycling of SF6, this paper presents a new type insulation on-line monitoring system for SF6 current transformer. According to the technology of infrared thermal sensor and electrochemical principle, this system can monitor continuously the purity of SF6 and detect the SO2 content of decomposition. Compared with other insulation monitoring devices of SF6, it can not only evaluate directly the insulation status of transformers by monitoring the purity of SF6, but provide scientific basis for analysis of specific failure and potential internal fault. Therefore, the judge and predict for main insulation deterioration situation of current transformer can be realized. The result of experiment verifies the feasibility of the system.
