摘要
评价理论是适用理论,其应用范围可涉及语篇分析、外语教学和翻译研究等领域。本文以评价理论为分析框架探讨了评价意义翻译过程中态度、介入、级差资源的识别、分析和传达,构建了评价意义的翻译过程模型。作者认为,在翻译过程中,评价意义的传达涉及语境、词汇语法、句法、语义等多个层次的识别和分析。翻译过程中,译者应综合考虑态度、介入、级差三个系统的评价意义,达到系统上的对等。
Appraisal Theory is an appliable theory which has been appied in the fields of discourse analysis, foreign language teaching and translation studies. This paper, on the basis of Appraisal Theory, explores the recognition, analysis and expression of At-titude, Engagement and Graduation resources in the process of translating evaluative meanings and constructs a model of translation process. The author holds that the translation of evaluative meanings involves translator' s consideration of Attitude, Graduation systems to achieve equavalence of systems. Engagement andGraduation systems to achieve equavalence of systems.
