摘要
电压波动和闪变是电能质量的重要指标,研究电压波动和闪变对于规范和提高电能质量有着重要的意义。国标《电能质量电压允许波动和闪变》曾先后两次对电压变动频度的定义进行了修改,每次修改都体现了不同的侧重点和计量方法。钢铁厂冲击性负荷电弧炉和轧机是引起其系统电压变动的污染源,本文采集了交流电弧炉和轧机实际运行数据,利用国标电压变动频度的两种定义方法对其进行分析,研究两种定义方法在电压变动次数和最大电压变动幅值两个方面计算结果的差异性,得出最新国标版本对电压变动频度的定义更合理,更加符合实际工业过程的情况,执行起来更加便捷,因而是科学的。
The voltage fluctuation and flicker are the important factors of power quality, it is of great use to research the voltage fluctuation and flicker in regulating and improving the power quality. The national standard 'Power quality Voltage fluctuation and flicker' has modified the definitions of rate of occurrence of voltage changes twice, and emphasized the different emphases and measurements. The compact load arc furnace and rolling mill in the iron and steel company are the main sources that can cause voltage changes in a power system. This paper analyzes the practical running data of arc furnace and rolling mill according to the definitions of rate of occurrence of voltage changes in two versions of the national standard and research the difference between them both in times of voltage changes and maximum voltage changes. The conclusion is that the definition of occurrence of voltage changes in the new GB version is more rational for it is more correspond to the actual situation of industrial process and easier to carry out.
