摘要
针对目前电流互感器二次开路保护装置智能化程度较低,故障信息不能实时上传等缺点,介绍了一种基于STM32的智能型CT二次开路保护装置,阐述了系统的工作原理及硬件设计方案。通过对CT二次回路的几种异常电压的分析,来设定二次开路时保护电压定值。利用高能氧化锌压敏电阻的特性,使得保护装置对二次回路其他设备性能的影响尽量降低。采取两种不同形式的判据,使装置可靠性更高。通过现场总线远程通讯,把故障信息及时通报给现场运行工作人员,大大提高了设备运行效率。
In view of the characteristics that current transformer secondary side open circuit protection device is less intelligent, and the fault information does not upload in time, this paper introduces a kind of intelligent CT secondary side open circuit protection device based on STM32, and illustrates the principle of the hardware design scheme. According to several abnormal voltage analysis of the CT secondary side, CT secondary side open circuit protection voltage is set. Using high-energy zinc oxide varistor characteristics, the influence of protection device to other equipment on the secondary side is reduced as much as possible. By two different forms of criterion, the device has high reliability. Through the RS485 remote communication, the fault information can be transmitted in time to operating engineers, so as to reduce the workload greatly.
