汽车关门声品质改进方法的研究 被引量:8

摘要 针对某企业新车型关门声品质改进问题,提出一种通过减小模态能量来改善汽车关门声品质的方法。该方法采用模态频率响应法,结合全因子试验设计计算出各车门样本在脉冲激励下的模态能量,并找出模态能量最低的样本,从而得到新的车门结构。结合模态频率响应法与边界元法计算了改进前后车门系统辐射出的声压和声品质参数,同时对样车进行了关门声品质试验。结果表明,模态能量最低的车门系统的关门响度与尖锐度有明显减小,达到了改善关门声品质的目的。 For improving the door-slamming sound quality of a new car model, a method for enhancing the sound quality of door-slamming by reducing the modal energy is proposed. With the method, the modal energies of all door samples under impulse excitation are calculated by using modal frequency response technique combined with full factorial design, and the sample with the lowest modal energy, that is the new door structure, is found. Then the sound pressure and the sound quality parameters of slamming sound radiated from door systems before and after modification are calculated respectively by the combination of modal frequency response technique and boundary ele-ment method, while the test of door-slamming sound quality on sample car conducted. The results show that the loudness and sharpness of slamming sound in the door system with the lowest modal energy are reduced remarkably.
