The Frame Design of the Investment and Finance System of Low-carbon Economy in China

发展低碳经济是我国应对气候变暖、生态恶化等发展难题,加快发展方式转变,走可持续发展道路的必然选择。低碳经济的两个核心要素是技术和资金,而技术的引进和研发也需要资金支持,资金成为低碳经济发展的最核心要素。目前我国对低碳经济的投入还不足,未来实现产业低碳化还面临巨大的资金缺口,建设科学合理的低碳经济投融资体系,集聚发展资金,提高资金效率,其意义重大。

Facing so many development issues, like the weather warming, environment exacerbating and so on, we should develop low-carbon economy. In order to carry out the transfer of development model and the sustainable development, we should develop low-carbon economy too. There are two core factors： technology and capital in the field of low-carbon economy, in which the most important factor is the capital. Today our country is lack of money to invest low-carbon economy. There exits a huge capital gap to promote the industry ahead low-carbon. It is far-reaching to build the investment and finance system of low-carbon economy which is good to gather development capital and improve the capital efficiency.
