On the analysis of evolution for system of enterprise strategic innovation competeneies, based on the hyper - cycle theory, simulation of reaction - cycle was firstly described with enterprises knowledge management subsystem as example. And simulation of catalytic - cycle was demonstrated with strategic innovation elements subsystem. Then the simulation of hyper - cycle was constructed for system of enterprises strategic innovation competencies. Finally, the evolution simulation of hyper - cycle for system enterprisesstrate^ie innovation comoeteneies was demonstrated.
