摘要
以泉州幼儿师范高等专科学校三年制专科学生为背景,通过身体测试、调查访问、资料查阅、综合统计等,就三专学生的身体素质、体育技能、运动情况进行分析,并从高校体育教学的角度,对三专学生体育训练和运动策略进行探讨,旨在促进其身体素质和体育技能的提高。
Physical tests, interviews and comprehensive analysis are made on the 3-year-program students in Quanzhou College for Preschool Education to obtain data on their physical fitness, sports skills and participation in sports activities. Based on these data, discussion is made on the strategies to improve the 3-year college students~ physical fitness and sports skills from the perspective of physical educatior~
