江苏高职院校大学生阳光体育运动认知分析

Sunshine Sports among Vocational College Students in Jiangsu Province: A Cognitive Analysis

以江苏高职院校大学生对阳光体育运动认知情况为研究内容,分别选择南京、苏州、无锡、常州、南通、徐州、盐城等地10所高职院校的大学生进行问卷调查,分析统计结果证明,高职院校大学生对阳光体育运动普遍有较好的认识,绝大多数学生支持阳光体育运动的开展,但其运动项目主要选择的是简单易行、普及性高的大众项目,并在运动体验、运动时间上表现不一,男、女生参与阳光体育运动的项目选择存在一定的差异。

Questionnairing is made to probe into higher vocational college students＇ knowledge of sunshine sports in 10 vocational colleges from Nanjing, Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou, Nantong, Xuzhou, Yancheng and other cities in Jiangsu Province. Results of analysis show that higher vocational college students have a good understanding to sunshine sports, and most of them support the Sunshine Sports Campaign; most of them participate in simple and popular sunshine sports items; there are differences among boys and girls in their sports experience, time for sports, and their preferences for sunshine sports items.
