基于“卓越工程师”培养的港航专业教学改革思考

On Teaching Reform of Specialty in Harbor and Channel Engineering for Cultivation of Remarkable Engineers

结合港口航道与海岸工程专业人才培养模式、国家级创新试验区建设的创新人才培养、凸显行业实践特色的教学成果与经验,分析了该专业人才培养的特点及卓越工程师应具备的品质特征。阐述了港航专业在卓越工程师教育理念指导下的培养方案、教学内容、教学方法、教学实践等方面存在的主要问题与改革措施。

According to the national pilot area construction experience prominent the industry characteristics on cultivation of innovative talents of specialty in port and channel engineering, the characteristics of engineer in this specialty and the quality characteristic that should be possessed by the remarkable engineer is analyzed. Under the guidance of the concept of training plan of remarkable engineer, the main problems existing in teaching content, teaching method, teaching practice and so on and the reform measures are elaborated.
