摘要
通过对双接触式液柱塔塔内床层压降进行试验研究,回归了液柱塔干阻压力损失计算公式。分析了不同管道布置情况下液柱塔床层压降特性,发现床层压降随着液气比的增大而增大,烟气流量增大对塔体雾化床层高度具有一定推动作用。相同液气比和相同液柱塔高下,床层压降随着喷嘴数量的增加而增大。
Dry resistive pressure loss formula of liquid-column tower is complied by studying bed pressure drop in the dual-contact liquid-column tower through test.It analysed pressure drop characteristics of the liquid-column tower bed under the condition of different piping arrangement,found that the pressure drop increases as the liquid-gas ratio increases.To a certain extent,the increase of flue gas flow rate plays a promoting role on the height of the spray bed of tower body.Under the conditions of the same liquid-gas ratio and the same height of the liquid-column tower,the bed pressure drop increases as the number of nozzles increases.
