高校计算中心机房电脑维护一案例的研究

Research on Computer Maintenance in Computer Lab of the University Computer Center According to a Specific Case

随着高校进一步的扩招,以及网络环境的恶化,高校计算中心开放实验条件下的机房电脑维护面临着越来越大的压力。如何做好机房的电脑维护,尤其是软件维护以保障实验教学的正常进行是我们每个机房管理人员应思考的问题。通过实际工作中遇到的一个实际维修案例的介绍,阐述了分析与着手解决问题的基本思路以及事后总结,最后给出了分析结论。

With the enlarging student number and worsening environment of network,computer maintenance in the University Computer Center is facing more and more pressure under open experiment condition.In order to guarantee the normal experimental teaching,every computer lab’s administrators should consider the question that how to maintenance the computers,especially the soft wares.This paper in troduces a maintaining case which is happened in real working process.According this case,it is expended that how to discover a basic means to analyze and solve the questions,and also to make the afterwards summarizes.Finally,a conclusion is given in this paper.
