建筑机电系统是建筑的血脉,其优劣直接影响着建筑质量和使用水平。其中,机电安装施工工程是建筑机电项目中的重要一环,具体暴多,工程设备安装工程、消防工程、电气工程、清洁工程、自动化工程、智能化工程等。为了从机电施工管理中汲取经验知识,缩短工程周期,提高工程效率。该文以个人经验对建筑机电施工安装工程和管理工作进行总结。主要针对施工前的准备要素,包括合同、材料;施工中的管理要素,包括技术、质量;以及施工完成后的验收要素,包括资金、结算管理等方面进行深入的探讨。
