乙草胺与醚磺隆混合制剂的液谱分析方法

Study on the Analysis of Acetochlor and Cinosulfuron in Mixture by HPLC

采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,以C18 柱为固定相 ,用236nm紫外检测器定量测定乙草胺和醚磺隆混合制剂的含量。本方法的变异系数分别为0.68 %、1.86 % ;标准偏差分别为0.145、0.077 ;平均回收率分别为98.59%、98.81 % ;线性相关系数分别为0.9993、0.9996。

The quantitative analysis acetochlor and cinosulfuron by HPLC with C18 column at UV 236nm was introduced. The coefficient of variation was 0.68% and 1.86%,standard deviation was 0.145 and 0.077, recovery ration was 98.59% and 98.81%, linear correlation was 0.9993 and 0.9996 respectively.
