在"以人为本"促进大学生全面发展的教育背景下,励志教育成为是高校经济困难生教育的重要内容之一。在社会主义核心价值体系的指导下,教育主体通过思想教育、政策激励、榜样示范、舆论引导与环境熏陶等方式,运用愿景、动机、爱心等激励要素,构建经济困难生励志教育的模式和长效机制,并通过特定手段保障经济困难生励志教育模式的实施。本文通过探讨高校经济困难生励志教育模式的研究与实践,为高校经济困难生工作和大学生思想政治教育工作提供有益借鉴。

Inspirational education is an important part of the education of students in need to promote comprehensive development of college students and insist people - oriented. Under the direction of the core of socialist value system, educators make use of vision, motivation and love, through ideological education, policy incentives, model demonstration, the guidance of public opinion and influence by environment, and construct the mode and long - term mechanism of students in need inspirational education. To well practice the inspirational education, we should emphasize the sense of responsibility of educators, improve the funding system, be fair, establish the monitoring and evaluation mechanisms. The paper tries to study of the inspirational education of college students in need, to provide useful references to the work of students in need and the ideological and political education.
