摘要
针对汽车企业同时在开展的产品研发项目越来越多的现状,为了快速提升多项目管理的能力,按期按质按量地完成众多并行项目的目标及需求,结合汽车整车及零部件产品研发项目管理的一些成功经验及不足,进行了分析研究,为汽车产品研发的多项目管理提供借鉴参考。
Combine with some experience and lesson to learn of vehicle and part product developing project manage,this article analyzes about improving project management ability,execucting in parallel projects and meeting projects' targets and requirements.It can provide reference for in parallel projects management? of vehicle product development.
