摘要 介绍了传统低摩擦气缸的结构,并指出其密封结构给气缸性能带来的限制,在此基础上,介绍了几种形式的新型低摩擦气缸,并对比了其特点和技术参数,给出了典型的应用实例,推荐了在典型应用中的控制回路。新型低摩擦气缸采用了滑动阻力更小的间隙密封构造,扩大了普通气缸中不能使用的低速范围及输出力控制的能力。 The structure of the traditional low-friction cylinder is firstly described and the sealing structure is demonstrated as a limitation to cylinder performance.In addition,several forms of new type low-friction cylinders are introduced with the comparison of the characteristics and technical parameters of these latest models.As to them,several typical examples of applications are provided and several related typical control loops are recommended.The new type low-friction cylinders adopt clearance sealing structure with a smaller sliding resistance,which expands the capability of ordinary piston cylinder in low-speed range and output power control.
