摘要
目的分析影响人工全髋关节置换(totalhip eplacement,THR)术后患者家庭康复训练依从性的因素,为患者肢体功能早日康复提供理论依据。方法采用问卷调查法,对52例已行髋关节置换术后出院3个月的患者进行家庭随访调查。调查内容包括患者的一般资料、康复训练依从性、Harris髋关节功能康复3方面,并对所得资料进行评分及统计分析。结果本组52例THR术后患者家庭康复训练依从性得分为(30.76±5.28)分。各维度得分从高到低依次为:生活自理能力、良好习惯、康复训练技能、疾病相关知识。依从性的主要相关因素为文化程度、心理状况、家庭社会支挣情况、经济状况。结论THR术后家庭康复训练依从性与疾病相关知识、康复训练技能、文化程度、心理状况、家庭社会支持等因素有关。制定有效的康复训练计划,术后家庭访视及康复指导,稳定的社会支持系统,可提高THR术后家庭康复训练的依从性,促进肢体的功能恢复,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To analyze the factors that influence the f a.mily training compliance of THR, to provide a theoretical basis for the early rehabilitation of the patients' limbs function. Methods A questionnaire survey was used in this study,52 patients who received THR six months ago were given family visit. The survey including the scores of the patients' basic information, compliance of rehabilitation training and the rehabilitation of hip function, and statistical analysis was given to acquired data. Results The score of the postoperation family rehabilitation training compliance was (30.76±5.28). The order of the four dimensions was ranked as: the self-care capacity, the good habits, rehabilitation training skills and the relevant knowledge of the disease. The major related factors of the compliance were the education level, psychological condition, family and social support condition and economic condition. Conclusions Factors such as knowl- edge of rehabilitation, rehabilitation training skills, education level, psychological condition, family and social support and the economic condition are related to the compliance of family rehabilitation training. An effective rehabilitation training plan, postoperation visiting, recovery instruction and stable social support can play a positive influence on the compliance of family rehabilitation training and the recovery of limbs' function as well as the patients' quality of life.
