萝卜胞质大白菜雄性不育系的生化分析 被引量:61

摘要 对改良型萝卜胞质大白菜雄性不育系及其保持系的游离氨基酸、糖、激素和叶绿素含量进行了比较研究。结果表明 ,雄性不育系和保持系中苏氨酸和脯氨酸含量各占游离氨基酸总量的约 50 %。全部保持系的脯氨酸含量高于不育系 7~ 14倍。首次发现不育系的苏氨酸含量都高于保持系 2 .8~ 4倍 ,不育系天门冬氨酸含量都低于保持系。全部不育系花药的葡萄糖和果糖含量均低于相应保持系 2 6%~ 88%。所有不育系花药的 6 BA含量都低于保持系87.4 5%~ 95.35% ;在 4 /5的保持系中激动素含量低于保持系。赤霉素含量在不育系及保持系间互有增减。叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量在雄性不育系及相应保持系之间无显著差异。 Contents of free amino acids,sugars,phytohormones,chlorophyll were compared between cold-tolerant OguraCMS Chinese cabbage lines and their maintainers.Results showed that contents of threonine and proline accounted for 50 percent of total free amino acids in anthers of five male sterile lines and their maintainers.The proline content in anthers of all male sterile lines was 7-14 times less than that in all maintainers.The contents of aspartic acid were not detected in four male sterile lines and arranged from 0.21 to 0.36mg/g FW in maintainers.However,threonine contents in all male sterile lines were 2.8-4.0 times higher than those of anthers in all maintainers.The contents of glucose and fructose in male sterile anthers were 26-88 percent lower than that in maintai- ners, and the contents of 6-Benzyl amino purine(6-BA)were 87.45-95.35 percent lower.The kinetin(KT)content was low in four out of male sterile lines tested.Gibberellin contents varied irregularly among male sterile lines and maintainers.There were no significant differences in contents of chlorophyll a,b and carotenoid between male sterile lines and maintainers.
