番茄及其近缘野生种茎段原生质体培养的研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用番茄茎段作为原生质体来源的外植体 ,在适宜的培养基中 ,成功地获得了野生秘鲁番茄 (LycopersiconperuvianumMill.)、栽培番茄‘粤农 2号’ (Lycopersiconesculentum‘YuenongNo .2’)和番茄近缘野生种类番茄茄 (SolanumlycopersicoidesDun .)的再生植株。 3种材料的再生植株移植到土壤中均能正常生长 ,植株性状与对照无差异。 When the protoplasts,Which were derived from tomato stems,were cultured in proper medium,the regenerated plants of Lycopersicon peruvianum Mill,Lycopersicon esculentum‘Yuenong No.2’and Solanum lycopersicoides Dun were obtained successfully.The regenerated plants of these three materials could grow vigorously when they were transferred into soil and the grown-up plants were phenotypically identical with the seed-derived plants.
