水杨酸在大蒜鳞茎膨大中的作用 被引量:25

摘要 鳞茎膨大期大蒜叶鞘内水杨酸含量明显高于鳞茎未膨大期 ;在膨大过程中 ,内源SA含量的升降略早于鳞茎生长速率的变化 ;茉莉酸甲酯和低温 ( 4℃ )预处理在促进鳞茎膨大的同时均能增加叶鞘内SA含量 ;经 50d低温预处理的大蒜 ,于鳞茎开始膨大时叶片喷施SA 1mmol/L可明显促进鳞茎膨大 ,表明SA在大蒜鳞茎自然膨大中有重要作用。 Although much information is available concerning the involvement of salicylic acid(SA)in the regulation of plant growth,few reports are devoted to its effects on bulbing of garlic.In the present study,the role of SA on bulb development was studied.It was found that SA content in leaf sheath of bulbing garlic plant was obviously higher than that of non-bulbing one and there was a peak of SA content during bulb swelling which appeared earlier than that of bulb growth rate.SA content in leaf sheath increased with bulbing process which was promoted by spraying 10μmol/L Methyl jasmonate(MeJA)or cold(4℃)pretreatment.After cold pretreatment,spraying with 1mmol/L SA could significantly promote bulb weight and diameter.The results indicate that SA may play an important role in the swelling of garlic bulb.
