摘要
以Sn-Bi系合金作为基础,添加Ag元素,研究开发了Sn-58Bi-Ag无铅钎料。对钎料的显微组织、力学性能和恒温时效条件下钎料的组织稳定性进行了研究。研究结果表明,在Sn-58Bi钎料中添加Ag后,可以有效地减弱钎料中Bi的偏析,细化了焊缝的组织,从而提高了钎料的拉剪强度。时效条件下,Sn-Bi-Ag钎料的组织粗化速率与Sn-Bi钎料的组织粗化速率相比明显减小,钎料具有更加优良的组织稳定性。
The Sn-58Bi-Ag solder were obtained by adding Ag to Sn-Bi based solders.The microstructure of the solders,the mechanical properties and the structural stability of the solders under isothermal aging condition were investigated.The results show that Bi segregation in the Sn -58Bi solder can be effectively decreased by addition of the Ag,and refined the organization of the joint so as to improve the shear strength of the solder.Compared with that of Sn - Bi solder,the coarsening rate of Bi phase in Sn-Bi-Ag solders is reduced under isothermal aging condition,so Sn-Bi-Ag solder has better structural stability.
