基于目标管理的高校体育资源整合

Integration of college sports resources with objective management

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对高校体育资源利用的问题进行剖析,结合目标管理理论,提出通过充分挖掘、合理利用对内部体育资源进行有效整合,并为获取外部体育资源奠定基础;通过人才联合培养、基础设施共享、科研合作和体育师资交流等方式实现校内资源和校外资源的互补与共享。

By using the literature and logical analysis, the resource utilization of the college sports is analyzed, and the effective integration for internal sports resources is carried out by combining with the theory of objective management, and it is the hasis for external sports resources. The ways of tal- ent joint training, infrastructure sharing, cooperation in scientific research and sports teacher ex- change are used to realize the complementary and sharing of school resources and external resources.
