Minren School is the largest specialized school, in southwestern Beijing＇s Fangshan District, for children of migrant workers. Zhu Baoguo, the headmaster, and his wife, Li Shumei, founded the school in 1998. They overcame great hardships in the early days; Zhu, who has been a teacher for 30 years, said he never gave up because he was saddened by the thought of the children not having access to an education.
民仁学校是房山区建校最早、规模最大的一所专门接收来京工作人员子女的学校。为了让这些打工子弟能够有学上，从1998年开始，朱宝国和妻子李树梅就离开河北老家，在北京办学。虽然条件艰苦，运营困难，但从20岁就开始当老师的朱校长—直坚持下来。
