利用 RAPD技术 ,从 50 0个随机寡核苷酸引物 ( 10聚体 )中筛选出 8个引物能在 3个主栽的汕优系统杂交稻组合汕优 63、汕优 64和汕优晚 3及其亲本之间稳定地扩增出 12个强的多态性标记。利用这些多态性标记能够有效地区别汕优 63、汕优 64和汕优晚
A total of 500 arbitrary 10 mer oligonucleotide primers were screened using RAPD (random amplified polymorphic DNA) technique on the genome DNAs of Shanyou 63、 Shanyou 64、 Shanyouwan 3 and their parents.Eight primers produced twelve obviously repeatable polymorphic markers.Using these RAPD markers, the rice hybrid combinations (Shanyou 63、 Shanyou 64 and Shanyouwan 3) and their parents can be identified.
