摘要 目的:探讨NPRAP在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及其与患者预后的关系。方法:本文应用免疫组化检测70例NSCLC标本(其中35例具有配对的淋巴结转移标本)中NPRAP的表达及其与临床病理因素之间的关系。另选30例新鲜肺癌及癌旁正常肺组织用于NPRAP的mRNA和蛋白检测。结果:与正常肺组织相比,NPRAP的mRNA和蛋白在肺癌组织中表达显著增高,且NPRAP的高表达与肺癌的高分期及淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。结论:NPRAP的阳性表达与非小细胞肺癌患者的不良预后显著相关,NPRAP在肿瘤的发生发展过程中可能具有重要作用。 Objectives: Little is known about the expression significance and mechanism of neural plakophilin-related armadillo protein ( NPRAP ), a member of the catenin family, in numerous tumors. This study aims to investigate the clinical significance of NPRAP expressionand its correlation with the prognosis of patients with non-small cell lung cancer ( NSCLC ). Methods: TNPRAP expression and its correlation with clinico-pathological factors in 70 NSCLC specimens ( including 35 with paired lymph node metastases ) were examined by immu-nohistochemistry. The mRNA and protein expression levels of NPRAP were also determined in 30 cases with paired lung cancer tissues and normal lung tissues. Results: Compared with normal lung tissues, the mRNA and protein expression levels of NPRAP were increased inlung cancer. The high expression of NPRAP was closely associated with higher stages and lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: The positive expression of NPRAP is associated with the poor prognosis of NSCLC patients. NPRAP may promote tumor progression.
