应变及应变率显像在瓣膜病患者心功能评价中的应用进展

摘要 心力衰竭和左室射m分数(LVEF)〈0.50是瓣膜病术后死亡的重要影响因素,也是手术相对禁忌证之一。近年来许多新型超声显像技术先后问世。应变(strain,S)及应变率(strainrate,SR)显像被认为可以更敏感和准确地评价局部心肌收缩和舒张功能。我们对采用应变及应变率显像评价瓣膜病患者心功能的研究作一综述,为临床工作提供帮助。
