短信平台是手机短信业务的拓展，具有方便高效快捷的优点。将其在高校中应用，并与高校中现有一些系统进行集成，能显著提高办公效率，促进高校数字化校园建设，提升高校信息化管理水平。
The short Message Service（SMS） platform is the expansion of mobile phone short message service, has the advantages of conve nient, efficient and quickness. The application of SMS platform and integrated usage with the existed systems in the universities, can signifi cantly improve the office efficiency and promote the construction of Digital Campus, thus it can enhance the level of information manage ment of colleges and universities.
