摘要
患儿男,10个月,头部丘疹、斑块7个月,泛发全身3个月。皮损组织病理示:真皮层见大量的组织细胞、淋巴细胞浸润。免疫组化示:CD68(+),LCA(+),S-100(-),CD34(-),CD12表皮内散在阳性。符合良性头部组织细胞增多症诊断。
A 10-month-ohl boy has presented with papular and plaques on his head for 7 months and generalized to trunk in 3 months. Histopathological examination showed a large number of histiocytes and lymphocytes infil- Iration in dermis. scallered posilive Immunohistochemistry revealed CD68（ ＋ ）,I,CA（ ＋ ） ,S-100（ - ）,CD34（ - ） and CD12 n epidermis. Diagnosis of benign cephalic hisliocylosis was made
