浅表性淋巴管畸形1例

A Caes of Superficial Lymphatic Malformation

患者男,27岁。右侧背部群集性丘疹及水疱10年余。MRI检查示:右侧背部软组织区见散在小点状、条状信号影,层次清楚,局部未见明确成形肿块影。皮损组织病理示:真皮浅层淋巴管增生及扩张,管壁为内皮细胞,管腔有凝固淋巴液,周围有淋巴细胞浸润。诊断:浅表性淋巴管畸形。

A 27-year-old male has presented with clusters of papulars and blisters on his right back for more than ten years. Magnetic resonance imaging showed that there were scattered small punctiform, strip shape singal shadows with distict stratification and there was no identified mass shadow in soft tissue. Histopathology showed that in the upper of dermis there were lymphatic vessel hyperplasia and extension, with endotheliocytes on the vessel wall, coagulated lymph fluid in the lumina and lymphocyte infiltrations around the lymphatic vessels. Diagnosis of superficial lymphatic malformation was made.
