HPLC同时测定小柴胡颗粒中四种成分的含量

Simultaneous determination of 4 components in Xiaochaihu granules by HPLC

目的:为了建立同时测定小柴胡颗粒中黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素和汉黄芩素四种有效成分含量的HPLC分析。方法:色谱柱:Dikma Diamonsil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈–0.05%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;波长:278nm。结果:黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素和汉黄芩素的线性范围分别为0.418～4.18μg(r=0.9999),0.2～2μg(r=0.9999),0.233～2.33μg(r=0.9999),0.215～2.15μg(r=0.9998)。小柴胡颗粒中4种成分的平均回收率分别为98.10%(RSD=0.59%),98.85%(RSD=1.33%),98.95%(RSD=1.36%),99.09%(RSD=1.23%)。结论:该方法快速、简便、准确、具有良好的重复性和回收率,可作为小柴胡颗粒中这4种成分的含量测定方法。

Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of Baicalin,Wogonoside,Baicalein and Wogonin in Xiaochaihu granules.Methods： The separation was carried out on a Dikma Diamonsil C18 column（250 mm×4.6mm,5μm）.The mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid,by gradient elution,and detected with wavelength of 278nm.Results： Baicalin,Wogonoside,Baicalein and Wogonin had good linearity in the ranges of 0.418～4.18μg（r=0.9999）,0.2～2μg（r=0.9999）,0.233～2.33μg（r=0.9999）,and 0.215～ 2.15μg（r=0.9998）.The average recoveries were 98.10%（RSD=0.59%）,98.85%（RSD=1.33%）,98.95%（RSD= 1.36%）,and 99.09%（RSD=1.23%）.Conclusion： This method is simple,rapid,accurate and with good repea-tability and recovery,it can be used as a quantitative analysis method for Xiaochaihu granules.
