福爱乐医用胶(FAL)在鼻中隔偏曲手术中的应用

The application of FAL to surgery of deviation of nasal septum

目的:探讨医用胶在鼻中隔偏曲手术中的应用价值。方法:对比分析267例鼻中隔手术后,使用医用胶粘合两侧黏软骨膜(140例)与鼻腔填塞(127例)的术后反应、术后并发症及手术疗效情况。结果:试验组术后反应程度:头痛(χ2=33.41,P=0.000)、鼻黏膜充血(χ2=13.24,P=0.001)、水肿(χ2=12.90,P=0.002),术后并发症(穿孔、血肿、脓肿)发生率均显著低于对照组,手术疗效显著好于对照组:术后5d(χ2=77.07,P=0.000)、术后7d(χ2=24.36,P=0.000)、术后10d(χ2=11.42,P=0.001)。结论:福爱乐医用胶在鼻中隔手术中应用可简化手术程序,代替鼻腔填塞,避免术后不良反应,缩短住院天数,减轻患者经济负担,值得临床推广。

Objective： To investigate the value of FAL to surgery of deviation of nasal septum.Methods： Postoperative reactions,postoperative complications and operative efficacy of 267 DNS disorders after the surgery using FAL to glue the two sides of perichondrium in 140 patients and nasal packing in 127 patients were comparatively analyzed.Results：The postoperative reactions： headaches（χ2 =33.41,P =0.000）,nasal mucosal hyperemia（χ2=13.24,P=0.001）,edema（χ2=12.90,P=0.002）,and postoperative complication（perforation,hematoma,abscesses）rate,in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control group,and surgical curative effect was significant better that at the fifth day（χ2=77.07,P=0.000）,at the seventh day（χ2=24.36,P= 0.000）,and at the tenth day（χ2=11.42,P=0.001）.Conclusion： FAL used in nasal septum surgery can simplify its procedure,replace the nasal packing,avoid postoperative adverse reactions,shorten hospitalization days,reduce the cost,and is worth extending its use in clinical.
