大远号油船更换主机的改进设计

An Improved Design of Dayuan Tanker's Changing Main Engine

摘要 大远号油船主机由传统机型改为电喷机型,由于机型的改变,使整个轴系都需重新设计,由此需优化设计其它辅助设备。重新设计后的油船载重量由159 000 t增大到163 000 t,实践证明该油轮改进设计方案是可行、有效的。 In order to decrease pollution and increase dynamic property and economy an advanced design of Dayuan tanker's by changing main engine from tradition to electric injection was described.Because of the main engine being changed,the whole shafting needs to be redesigned,and other auxiliary apparatus need to be optimized.After redesigning,the deadweight ton of the tanker was increased from 159 000 t to 163 000 t.It is proved that this improved design is feasible and effective.
