摘要
采用端硅烷聚醚改性环氧树脂配制的弹性胶粘剂用于舰船窗玻璃的粘接,对窗玻璃的受力进行了理论分析,对胶粘剂粘接层的厚度与宽度进行了理论计算,并计算出使用该胶的安全裕度。结果表明:使用所研制的弹性胶粘接船舶前挡风玻璃时,即使在最恶劣工况条件下,粘接强度仍有较大的安全裕度(KA>6),为该胶的实际使用提供了理论依据。
The epoxy resin elastic adhesive modified by silyl-terminated polyether could be used for splicing the window pane.The force of window pane was analyzed,and the safety margin of adhesion was calculated in theory via the thickness and width of adhesive bonding surface analyzing.Results show that the elastic adhesive could be of the higher safety margin value(KA〉6) even in the worst case when using in the window pane.All these work provide a theoretical basis for adhesion application.
