摘要
目的探讨成品金属螺纹桩树脂核和纤维桩树脂核修复无箍效应的上颌前牙缺损的临床疗效。方法剩余牙体组织轴壁高度小于2 mm的上颌前牙162颗,随机分为2组,螺纹桩组81颗,行成品金属螺纹桩树脂核修复,纤维桩组81颗,纤维桩树脂核修复,2组均采用氧化锆全瓷冠修复,临床随访10~26个月,观察是否出现牙根折裂及折裂模式。结果螺纹桩组中,没有发生修复体水平折裂,4颗发生斜行折裂;纤维桩组中,10颗发生修复体水平折裂,1颗斜行折裂。2组的水平折裂率差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.38,P<0.05),斜行折裂率差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.12,P>0.05)。结论在无箍效应的情况下,纤维桩树脂核修复上颌前牙缺损比螺纹桩树脂核修复更容易出现水平折裂。
Objective To explore the effect of two kinds of post-core in restoration of maxillary anterior teeth without ferrule effect. Methods One hundred and forty-six patients in need for the post-core crown in maxillary anterior teelh without fenrule effect were chosen and clinically followed up for two years after restoration. The whole f62 teeth were divided into two parts, including 81 teeth with thread post-core and 81 teeth with fiber post-core. Each patiet was checked whether the root of abutment fraetured, and the fracture mode occurred, if any. Results There was significant difference in the level fracture ,node ( P 〈 0.05 ), no significant difference in the oblique fracture mode ( P 〉 0.05 ), no significant difference in the oblique fracture mode between the two groups with thread post-core and fiher post-core. Conclusion It' s necessary to make a comprehehensive evaluation of the abutment and to choose reasonable post-cove system before restoration.
