沉香叶鞣质含量测定及抗氧化、延缓衰老作用的研究 被引量:22

摘要 目的测定沉香叶中鞣质含量并评价其抗氧化及延缓衰老活性。方法按照2010年版《中国药典》一部附录ⅩB方法测定沉香叶中鞣质含量;采用体外方法评价沉香叶的抗氧化活性;以人工饲养果蝇方法研究其延缓衰老作用。结果沉香叶中鞣质的含量为1.41%;氧化时间为16.4 s,超氧阴离子清除率为35.1%,总还原力的吸光度为0.189;与对照组相比,0.04 g/mL沉香叶能显著延长果蝇最高寿命(P<0.05);0.02、0.04、0.08 g/mL沉香叶均能显著延长果蝇的平均寿命(P<0.05)。结论沉香叶中含少量的鞣质,具有体外抗氧化和延缓果蝇衰老的作用。 Objective To determinate the content of tannins,to evaluate the antioxidant and prolonged aging activity on drosophila melanogaster of the leaf of Aquilaria sinensis(Lour.) Gilg.Methods The determination was performed according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia,and the antioxidant activity was carried out in vitro and the aging process was evaluated with survival time of drosophila melanogaster.Results Tannins′ content was 1.41%,and the oxidation time was 16.4 s.The eliminating ratio of superoxide anion was 35.1% and the total reduction capacity expressed with the absorbance was 0.189.Compared with the control group,the drosophila melanogaster′s maximum life span was prolonged obviously(P〈0.05) raised with 0.04 g/mL extract from the leaf of A.sinensis.;the drosophila melanogaster′s average life span was also prolonged obviously(P〈0.05),raised with 0.02,0.04,0.08 g/mL from the leaf of A.sinensis.Conclusion The results show that there was a little amount of tannins in the leaf of A.sinensis,which has significant antioxidant and prolonged aging activity.
