摘要
目的建立檀香叶HPLC指纹图谱。方法檀香叶以70%(体积分数)乙醇超声提取;采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Agilent TC-C18(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm);流动相:甲醇-0.5%(体积分数)冰醋酸,梯度洗脱;流速:1 mL/min;检测波长:338 nm;柱温:30℃。结果对所采集的10批檀香叶药材进行了测定,建立了檀香叶指纹图谱,共找出了13个共有峰,各样品与自动生成对照图谱的相似度均在0.94以上。结论所用方法简便、专属性强,有助于科学评价和控制檀香叶药材的质量。
Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint of leaf of Santalum album.Methods The separation was achieved on a C18 column(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm,Agilent) with a mobile phase consisting of methanol-0.5% acetic acid,with gradient elution.The flow rate was 1 mL/min.The detection wavelength was at 338 nm,and column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃.Results Ten batches of the leaves of Santalum album were determined,and 13 common peaks were identified with a good separation.The similarity between various samples and the automatically generated reference fingerprints reached above 0.94.Conclusion The method is simple and effective for control the quality of leaves of Santalum album.
