摘要
潘口水电站混凝土面板堆石坝面板混凝土采用分期连续施工方案。经室内试验论证,在混凝土中掺入2%水泥用量的WHDF增密剂,可提高混凝土的和易性和施工性能。大坝面板混凝土施工跨越春夏两季,施工期气温高,通过采取常规的温控措施,减少了面板裂缝发生。完工后检查,面板混凝土质量满足设计要求,裂缝数量与国内类似工程相近。裂缝表面封闭采用喷涂聚脲技术,效果检查良好。
The staged continuous construction is applied in the construction of concrete slab of rockfill dam of Pankou Hydro- power Station. Through verification of laboratory experiment, the workability and construction performance of concrete are im- proved significantly when WHDF densification agent, 2% of cement, is added to the concrete. The construction of concrete slab of the dam went through spring and summer, so the temperature is high. Some regular temperature controlling measures are a- dopted to avoid cracks. The check shows that the quality of concrete slab meets the design requirement. The number of cracks is close to similar projects in China. The slab cracks were treated by polyurea spray technology with perfect effects.
