摘要
弹性纤维性假黄瘤（PXE）是一种由于编码跨膜转运蛋白ATP结合盒（ABC）-C6的基因突变引起的遗传病,该突变导致皮肤、眼和心血管系统的弹性纤维钙化[1].发病率约为1∶70 000～1∶100 000[2] , 1881年Rigal首次描述PXE 的皮肤损害, 1929 年Groenblad 和Strandberg报道同时出现皮肤和眼损害的PXE[3].
