Application of MEBT/MEBO in Wound Treatment in the Emergency Department

临床急诊病例多数为小面积烧烫伤、擦挫伤、挫裂伤、指端离断、骨外露、皮肤软组织缺损、皮肤溃疡等疾病,但往往没有规范和有效的急诊治疗方法,自皮肤原位再生医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO)诞生后,为以上疾病的急诊治疗提供了简便有效的治疗方法。作者总结了多年来急诊治疗的临床经验,体会到MEBT/MEBO有如下优点:1.适用于各种急诊创面:2.硬件要求不高(投入少),便于开展;3.基本无痛;4.不影响日常工作和生活;5.创面愈合效果好;6.患者依从性好等此疗法为医患双方提供了一种新的治疗途径,代表了急诊创面治疗新的发展方向。下图是急诊科临床应用的典型病例图片,详细病例资料请观看本期杂志所附光盘。

Most of the clinical emergency cases are small area burns, bruise, contusion, severed finger, exposed bone, skin and soft tissue defects, skin ulcers and so on, but there is often no standard and effective emergency treatment. Since the invention of the in situ skin regeneralive medicine and therapy （MEBT/MEBO） , it provides a simple and effective method for lhe emergency treatment of these diseases. The paper summarized the clinical experience of the emergency treatment over the years and concluded the following advantages of MEBT/MEBO： 1. Suitable for a variety of emergency wounds; 2. Common hardware （ small investment） and easy to carry out ; 3. Painless ; 4. Does not affect the daily life and work ; 5. Good wound healing effect; 6. Good patient compliance. This therapy provides a new therapeutic approach for both doctors and patients, representing the new development direction of emergency wound trealment.
