活性软组织覆盖物MEBO治疗ⅢB级开放性骨折创面病例报告

Case Report:A Viable Soft Tissue Cover(MEBO) For Management of Open Fracture Wound of GradeⅢB

车祸中由于脱套伤、组织缺失导致的全层皮肤缺损非常常见,是骨科治疗的难点。临床治疗过程中使用湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)作为活性软组织覆盖物培养骨折创面肉芽组织,然后再用皮肤原位再生复原技术(MEBT/MEBO)中的微粒皮种植术培养微粒皮,实现创面愈合。此疗法优点如下:1.有效避免骨暴露和长期换药引起的创面感染;2.手术创伤小、风险低、操作简便;3.仅使用少量皮源即可实现大面积创面封闭;4.供皮区创面愈合后无功能障碍;5.促进创面快速愈合:6.创面愈合后皮肤外观及功能良好。下图是临床应用的典型病例图片,详细病例资料请观看本期杂志所附光盘。

Full thickness skin loss is common in motor vihicle accident due to degloving injury and tissue loss and is also a treatment difficulty in orthopedics.In clinic,MEBO（Moist Exposed Burn Ointment）is used as the viable soft tissue of MEBT/MEBO（i.e.in situ skin regenerative restoration technology）to culture micro-skin for wound healing.The advantages of this therapy are as follows;1.Effectively avoid the bone exposure and the wound infection caused by long-time dressing change;2.Small operational trauma,lower risk and easy to operate;3.Only a little bit of skin is needed to achieve the closure of a large size wound;4.The wound of donor site can heal with no dysfunction;5.Promote the wound healing faster;6.Good appearance and function after wound healing.
