Under the social background of multi-value orientation, college counsellors have the great responsibility for the education of honest and faith of the college students. In daily work, college counsellors can do the work in four dimensions： to help the college students to form the correct concepts of honest and faith, to strengthen the integrity of the inner experience, to develop the good quality of honest and faith and to promote the cultivation of good habits.
