我国中职教育吸引力的困境与对策

On the Dilemmas and Countermeasures of Secondary Vocational Education's Attraction in China

中职教育作为对我国社会发展十分重要的教育领域,在当今社会却面临着吸引力低的问题。政策、文化、办学等是产生这种现象的主要原因。应对中职教育吸引力的困境,应该以受教育者的立场来制定以及实施中职教育的相关政策,从政策层面提升中职教育的吸引力;加强中等职业教育宣传力度,从文化层面改变大众对中职教育的误解;完善中等职业学校体系,从职校层面提高中职教育的社会认可度。

Secondary vocational education, which plays an essential role in education field for China＇s social development, is faced with the problem of low attraction in current society. The policy, the culture and the education are the main cause of this phenomenon. To deal with the problem of Secondary Vocational Education＇s lack of attraction, four aspects should be taken into consideration. Firstly, policies related to secondary vocational education should be made to take effect, which is in the policies aspect. Secondly, related publicity should be strengthened to clear the public＇s misunderstanding of secondary vocational education, which is in the culture aspect. Thirdly, the secondary vocational school system should be improved to enhance its social approval, which is in the education aspect.
