摘要
目的:总结冷冻切片技术在基层医院应用情况及病理诊断体会。方法:回顾性分析2007年5月至2011年5月共计2186例术中冷冻切片与石蜡切片诊断结果的对比。结果:冷冻切片与常规石蜡切片的诊断符合率为94.65%,误诊率1.56%,延迟诊断率3.80%。结论:在基层医院开展冷冻切片病理诊断有利于提高医院外科整体技术水平,满足临床医师及肿瘤患者的需要,但存在一定的误诊和延迟诊断现象,需要提高诊断经验和确诊率,掌握要点及技巧,紧密联系临床,避免误诊。
Objective：To investigate the application of frozen section diagnosis in primary hospital and to summa-rize experience of diagnosis. Methods： To analyse frozen and paraffin section diagnosis retrospectively for 2186 cases from 2007 May to 2011 May in three primary hospitals. Results： With both frozen section diagnosis and paraffin sec-tion ,the diagnosis coincidence rate was 94.65% ,the error diagnosis rate was 1.56% , and the delayed diagnosis rate was 3.80%. Conclusion ： The application of frozen section can greatly meet the needs of clinic doctors and patients. But there are some error and delayed diagnosis . As long as the main points and differentiated diagnosis are mastered proficiently , and enhanced the connection , the error could be avoided.
