电化学发光法检测神经元特异性烯醇化酶影响因素的分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨血液标本放置不同时间后分离血清对神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的影响。方法:采用电化学发光法分别对25例健康检验者的全血标本在室温(25℃)放置30min、1h、2h、3h后再分离血清,并设两组溶血样品。将1h组血清取出部分放置-20℃冰冻3天作为冰冻组,各组血清进行NSE水平测定。结果:1h组、2h组与30min组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),3h组与30min组、溶血组与1h组比较,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:血液标本放置2h以上对NSE测定有一定影响,冰冻血清存放复融后对结果无影响,而溶血对NSE测定结果有明显影响。 Objective:To study the clinical changes of content of neuron specific enolase (NSE) in patient serum within different time. Methods: Serum NSE contents were measured with electrochemiluminescence within 30min, 1 h,2h,3h in 25 healthy people and in two controls (hemolysis and frozen serum). Results: Serum contents of NSE on healthy people within 1 h, 2h were not significantly different from healthy people within 30min ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; But ser- um contents of NSE within 3h were significantly higher than those within 30min (P 〈 0.01 ) , the same to hemolysis and serum contents of NSE within lh. Conclusion: Serum NSE levels beyond 2h were not significantly increased,but hemolysis were significantly increased, however, frozen serum has no influence to serum NSE levels.
