The regulation of microRNA on breast cancer resistance and it's mechanisms

摘要 microRNA(miRNA)作为乳腺癌耐药相关的分子标志物及治疗靶点,可能在药物代谢酶、乳腺癌干细胞、单核苷酸多态性等方面调控乳腺癌化疗敏感性。靶向调节miRNA的异常表达,恢复其正常的调控功能,可能是治疗乳腺癌的新策略。 MicroRNA( miRNA), as the important biomarker of drug resistance and therapeutic targets for breast cancer, can regulate the drug metabolizing enzymes, breast cancer stem cell(BCSC), single nucleotide polymor-phism (SNP) and so on. It may be a totally new strategy for breast cancer by correcting the abnormal expression of miRNA and regaining the normal regulation in the tumor cell.
