RNA干扰技术及治疗肝细胞癌应用前景 被引量:3

摘要 RNA干扰技术可抑制目的基因的表达,具有高序列特异性、高效性、可传播性和浓度依赖性。其通过沉默癌基因,促进癌细胞凋亡,发挥治疗恶性肿瘤的作用。RNA干扰技术可应用于肝细胞癌发生、发展和转移等任何有基因高表达的环节,如点突变激活的癌基因、插入基因、融合基因、肿瘤多药耐药基因、血管生长因子及其受体等都可以作为RNA干扰作用的靶点,抑制相关基因表达,促进凋亡,抑制端粒酶活性,减少转移与复发,发挥对肝癌的治疗作用。RNA干扰技术对肝癌的治疗有着广阔的应用前景。
