摘要
尿素系统排放气体的性状及排放点工况各不相同,取样较困难,通过研究利用有限的设备采集到了有代表性的样品,并采用合理的分析方法,对样品中各组分含量进行准确的分析测定,为了解尿素生产过程中的物料平衡以及节能减排工作提供重要的依据。
Since the property and emission location of vented gas from urea system being in different work condition have brought along a difficult sampling,through the study a representative sample is collected by relying on the limited apparatus and with a rational analysis method the content of various components in the sample is accurately analyzed and determined ,thus ,an important basis is provided for solving the massbalance in urea production and in the energy saving and reduction of emission.
