摘要 利用三维软件Solidworks建立新型龙门自动焊接机,针对龙门架的关键部件龙门横梁,应用有限元分析方法对其受力最危险的位置进行静态分析,并对其结构进行了抽壳优化。在其外形结构尺寸不变的前提下,对龙门横梁内部添加加强筋以增加其刚度和强度,使龙门横梁质量减少了57%,强度和刚度分别提高了20%和36%,为进一步研究龙门自动焊接机奠定了基础。 The new structure of gantry automatic welder is designed by using the Solidworks of 3D software. The gantry beam, which is the key part of the gantry frame is given a static analysis on the most dangerous position with the finite, and its structure is shelled and optimized. Without changing the geometric size of the gantry beam and increasing the stiffness and strength of gantry beam by adding the strengthening ribs to gantry beam internally, the quality of the gantry decreases by 57%, the stiffness and strength increase by 20% and 36% respectively, which laid the foundation for the further study of the gantry automatic welder.
